Shocking Dashcam Footage Captures Deadly Florida Road Rage Shooting

Terrifying footage shows a gray Dodge Ram pulling up beside a red GMC Terrain at a traffic light before 11 gunshots suddenly ring out. Moments later, the suspect’s truck speeds away as the SUV comes to a halt.

Police arrived at the scene to find two gunshot victims inside the GMC. The suspected shooter, Jubal Simmons, and his alleged accomplice, Ivybella Encino, were arrested after a brief chase. Simmons faces charges of first-degree premeditated murder and tampering with evidence, while Encino is charged with fleeing police and aggravated battery on an officer.

One of the victims of the deadly road rage shooting later died at the hospital, while the other remains in critical condition.
