Influencer Emilie Kiser’s son Trigg dies aged 3 after drowning in pool

The 3-year-old son of popular TikTok influencer Emilie Kiser has died following a tragic drowning incident in the family’s backyard swimming pool in Chandler, Arizona.

The young boy, Trigg Chapman Kiser, was pulled from the water on Sunday, May 12, and later died from injuries sustained during the accident. The Chandler Fire Department reported that emergency crews responded to a call about a possible drowning in a residential neighborhood approximately 25 miles south of downtown Phoenix.

Upon arrival, police officers immediately began CPR efforts on the child before paramedics arrived at the scene. Trigg was initially taken to Chandler Regional Hospital in critical condition. Due to the severity of his injuries, he was then airlifted to Phoenix Children’s Hospital for advanced care.

Despite intensive medical efforts, Trigg succumbed to his injuries six days later, on the afternoon of Sunday, May 18. Authorities confirmed the child's passing and noted that the case remains an open investigation. The Maricopa County Medical Examiner’s Office has confirmed Trigg’s death but has not yet released an official report.

Emilie Kiser, 26, is widely known on TikTok for her family-centered content and parenting lifestyle videos, where she has amassed a following of 3.3 million. Trigg regularly appeared in her videos alongside her husband Brady Kiser, whom she married in 2020. Their newborn son, Teddy, born in late March, was featured in her most recent post on March 27, celebrating his arrival.

“There’s no word to describe finally meeting Teddy and finally getting to analyze every part of him and how perfect he is,” Kiser shared in her caption. “I’d do it all over again solely for the moment of Brady holding up our baby and announcing him to me.”

The family had recently embraced life as a family of four, and in a previous Mother’s Day tribute, Kiser described motherhood as “the best role [she’s] been given” and expressed her deep gratitude for her children.

As of now, Emilie Kiser has not publicly commented or posted on TikTok regarding the heartbreaking incident.

In a statement, Chandler Police expressed their condolences: “Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with the child’s family and loved ones during this unimaginable time.” Authorities added that no further details will be released until the investigation is complete, in respect for the family’s privacy.
