Amanda Holden, the 53-year-old English actress and co-host of Heart Radio’s weekday breakfast show alongside Jamie Theakston, has garnered praise on social media for participating in a life-drawing class live on air.

Holden, known for her role as a judge on Britain’s Got Talent, delighted listeners by posing nude in the studio while members of the Heart team sketched her.

“We’ve transformed the Heart Studio into an art studio this morning,” Theakston announced. “What’s slightly distracting – Amanda’s in the corner of the studio without any clothes on, which is a first for – not for her, of course, but certainly for most of us.”

The light-hearted moment elicited laughter from guests and team members, with many complimenting Holden's confidence and comfort with nudity in such an unconventional setting.
