Several people were injured in Copenhagen after a car crashed into a crowd near Queen Louise’s Bridge, reportedly driven by an elderly man who may have lost control of the vehicle. The incident occurred at Sortedam Dossering, prompting a rapid response from emergency services and multiple police units.
According to Copenhagen Police, at least five individuals were involved in the collision, though the exact number of injuries and their severity have not yet been confirmed. Witness accounts described a chaotic and frightening scene as the car struck tables and benches outside a nearby store.

One witness, Henny Christiansen, recounted the terrifying moment: "The car drove into these table and bench sets in front of the store, and they fly into the air, and people scream."
Emergency teams quickly secured the area and provided medical assistance to the injured. Authorities are currently investigating the circumstances of the crash, including whether a medical emergency or mechanical failure contributed to the driver's loss of control.
