A Florida nurse has been charged with sexual battery of a teenager after she was caught by the husband having sex with her 15-year-old stepson.

The nurse, Alexis Von Yates, 35, reportedly seduced the stepson after repeatedly telling him she was horny.

The teen was visiting the dad and stepmom in Ocala, Florida for the summer vacation when the incident occurred.

Yates allegedly flirted with her stepson for weeks during his stay.

She allegedly said: "I bet everyone thought you were my little boy toy," as the pair left the gym.

Yates was arrested after a concerned family member called the police

And another time, she allegedly made whipped cream, put some on her tongue and stuck it out at the teen, asking: "Oh, you like that?"

On July 26, 2024, after putting her two children to bed, Yates joined her stepson on the living room couch. They used THC vape, played video games, and watched movies. At around 1 AM, Yates put on a horror movie and seduced her stepson, telling him how bored and horny she was and that she was on her period and had not had sex in two weeks.

The pair cuddled and started making out with Yates saying: "I wish you were 18, because you're not old enough," according to court documents. They proceeded to engage in oral sex and intercourse without a condom.

Yates allegedly called the boy the next day to say she wishes they kept having sex

While they were engaged in intercourse and completely naked on the couch, the boy's father unexpectedly arrived home from work. As a lineman, he often worked late. The 15-year-old ran from the house.

Yates explained that the boy looked like his father when he was younger. The dad then drove the son to his grandparents' house, telling the boy that he had "ruined his life" while having a beer.

According to court documents, Yates called the boy after the incident to say she wished they had kept having sex undisturbed by her husband.

Yates has had her medical license revoked following the charges

The dad did not call the police, leading to a concerned family member anonymously reporting the allegations. Yates was arrested in November. She was charged with felony lewd or lascivious battery with a victim between the ages of 12 and 16. She pleaded not guilty and is awaiting trial.

According to the Florida Department of Health, Yates' license has been revoked. A statement from the department said: Nurses are placed in a position of trust. Therefore, it is imperative that they demonstrate good judgment and good moral character. "Ms. Yates’ decision to engage in sexual activity with a minor child and/or her decision to engage in oral and penetrative sex indicates that she lacks the good judgment and moral character necessary to be a registered nurse."
