Nashville Police Officer Arrested for Filming Explicit OnlyFans Video While On Duty
A Nashville police officer, Sean Herman, 33, was arrested on Thursday for appearing in an adult OnlyFans video while on duty, according to the Nashville Police Department.
Herman was apprehended at his Sumner County home and charged with two counts of felony official misconduct. On the evening of April 26, while on duty as a patrol officer, Herman filmed the video. Dressed in his official police uniform with his squad car visible, he participated in a mock traffic stop, during which he groped the exposed breast of a female driver.
The incident came to light when detectives discovered the video on OnlyFans on May 8. Chief John Drake directed the investigation to continue after Herman was fired on May 9, resulting in his indictment.
A criminal court judge set Herman's bond at $3,000, and he was released from jail early Friday morning, according to inmate records.
In a statement, the police department expressed outrage at Herman's actions, calling them "one of the most outrageous, disrespectful acts" towards MNPD employees and the agency. The video begins with a woman named Jordin in the driver's seat as Herman approaches, scolding her for speeding. When she offers to show him her breasts instead of providing her license and registration, Herman complies, groping her breasts and then grabbing his own genitals through his pants before letting her off with a warning.
The video briefly shows an MNPD patch, which led to the identification and investigation of Herman. A woman claiming to be Jordin later commented on Reddit, stating that the video was consensual, filmed on private property, and that Herman was off-duty at the time.
However, MNPD maintained that Herman's actions were inappropriate and warranted his dismissal and subsequent arrest.
