Former UFC champion Francis Ngannou engaged in a verbal exchange with Tyson Fury ahead of his heavyweight bout with Anthony Joshua in Saudi Arabia. Despite the impending match with Joshua, Ngannou found himself in a conversation with Fury during Wednesday's press conference.

Fury, referring to their previous encounter in October, highlighted Ngannou's struggles. Ngannou, with a smile, expressed his desire for another victory, stating, "I won once against Fury and I want even more."

Fury suggested a face-off in the "cage," the domain of Mixed Martial Arts fighters. Ngannou swiftly responded, indicating that boxing rules would be Fury's only chance against him.

Ngannou, formerly the UFC heavyweight champion, retired from the sport. His boxing debut against Fury ended in a points loss, although the outcome was heavily debated.

Meanwhile, Joshua maintained a composed demeanor throughout the press conference.

Ngannou, aged 37, could potentially vie for a world title in only his third boxing match if he emerges victorious against Joshua. Reflecting on his journey, Ngannou expressed his belief that he hasn't yet astonished the world and acknowledged that he's still in the process of learning the nuances of boxing.
