Olivia Rodrigo is 21! Pop star celebrates her ‘last day of being able to underage drink’

The self-proclaimed 'Spicy Pisces', boasting 70.1 million social media followers, captioned her Instagram slideshow: "Today marks my final day of legally sipping alcohol as a minor (hypothetically)!"
