'Outer Banks' Star Austin North Arrested in Vegas ...

Austin North allegedly caused a disturbance at a hospital in Las Vegas this week, according to police reports. Officers responded to UMC Hospital on Tuesday night following reports of an assault and battery in the emergency room. The alleged victims, including nurses and a phlebotomist, claimed Austin attacked them without provocation.

Reportedly, Austin punched one nurse, shoved another, and pushed the phlebotomist into a table. In self-defense, the phlebotomist used a nearby tray to strike Austin. Security officers eventually restrained him, though he allegedly attacked another person before being handcuffed to a gurney. Upon his arrest for battery, Austin was read his Miranda rights and reportedly acknowledged understanding them.

He was subsequently booked for gross misdemeanor battery and later released on bond. The motive behind his presence in the ER remains unclear. Interestingly, Austin had been documenting his weekend in Vegas on social media, showcasing various activities leading up to the incident.
