Pakistani actress and reality TV star Humaira Asghar was found dead in her Karachi apartment nearly three weeks after her passing, according to local authorities. The 32-year-old, known for her appearance on Tamasha Ghar—Pakistan’s version of Big Brother—had reportedly been deceased for approximately 20 days before her body was discovered.
Police were alerted to the scene after a court ordered the eviction of Humaira from her rented flat, where she had lived alone for over seven years. She had reportedly not paid rent for more than a year. Upon forced entry into the residence, authorities found her body in an advanced state of decomposition.

Senior police officer Syed Asad Raza confirmed that the condition of the body suggested it had been there for several days. “It appeared that the body was several days old,” Raza stated. Dr. Summaiya Syed, who is assisting in the investigation, further noted, “The body is in a very advanced stage of decomposition.”
While the cause of death has yet to be officially determined, police have ruled out foul play, citing the absence of forced entry or signs of struggle in the apartment.
Humaira Asghar gained national recognition for her role in the reality show Tamasha Ghar, where celebrities live together under constant surveillance in a competitive environment. She also had acting credits in the Pakistani film Jalaibee and was once a pageant titleholder.

The entertainment industry in Pakistan has expressed shock and sadness over the unexpected death of the young actress, whose career was on a rising trajectory.
In a separate incident, American actor Michael Madsen, famed for his roles in Quentin Tarantino’s films including Reservoir Dogs, Kill Bill, and Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, was found dead at his Malibu home at the age of 67. Los Angeles County deputies responded to a 911 call and declared him deceased at 8:25 a.m. The sheriff’s department reported that Madsen appeared to have died of natural causes and that no foul play was suspected.
