Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing yet another lawsuit alleging sexual misconduct.

Producer Rodney Jones Jr., also known as Lil Rod, has filed a lawsuit against the rapper for an alleged incident of sexual misconduct in July 2023. Jones claims he lived with Combs while contributing production to nine songs on Combs' recent album, The Love Album: Off the Grid.

The lawsuit alleges that Combs groped Jones and that Jones woke up next to a sex worker after consuming tequila allegedly spiked with drugs, though it does not specify who provided the drinks. Additionally, it claims that Combs pressured Jones to engage in sexual acts for his satisfaction.

Combs' attorney, Shawn Holley, has responded, calling Jones a liar and stating that the claims are false, with evidence to support their denial. Jones has also named Universal Music as a defendant in the suit due to their partnership with Combs during the album's production.

Representatives for Jones and Universal Music have not responded to requests for comment.

Combs faces four other lawsuits in recent months. In November, singer Cassie, who was romantically involved with Combs, sued him alleging rape, control, and physical abuse. The suit was settled the following day.

Additionally, Joi Dickerson-Neal filed a lawsuit accusing Combs of assault, battery, emotional distress, sex trafficking, and revenge porn for an incident in 1991. Another unnamed woman sued Combs the same day, alleging rape in the early '90s with his friend Aaron Hal. Two weeks later, another unnamed woman sued Combs, accusing him of gang rape in 2003. Combs has denied all allegations in each case.
