Stephen Baldwin publicly asks for prayers for daughter Hailey Bieber and son-in-law Justin Bieber
Stephen Baldwin has been leaning on his faith, recently sharing a post on Instagram asking for prayers for his daughter Hailey Bieber and son-in-law Justin Bieber. The post, originally shared by Victor Marx on Feb. 26, urged Christians to offer prayers for the couple's wisdom, protection, and spiritual closeness to the Lord, acknowledging the unique challenges faced by individuals in the public eye.
In an Instagram Story that has since expired but was shared by Page Six, Stephen reposted the message, featuring Justin playing the guitar and singing "I Could Sing of Your Love Forever."
No specific reason was given by Stephen for requesting prayers, and E! News has reached out to representatives for Baldwin, Hailey Bieber, and Justin Bieber for further comment.
Justin Bieber, 29, has maintained a lower profile since 2022 when he canceled his Justice World Tour due to his diagnosis with Ramsay Hunt Syndrome, a condition affecting the nerves in his ear and face, leading to facial paralysis.
In a post on Instagram Stories at the time, Justin explained, "I realized that I need to make my health the priority right now. So I'm going to take a break from touring for the time being. I'm going to be ok, but I need time to rest and get better."
He expressed gratitude for the support and prayers from his fans and assured them of his recovery.
In March 2023, Justin shared an update on his condition with a video showcasing his smile, indicating progress in his recovery.
He made his comeback to the stage at the NHL All-Star Player draft in Toronto on Feb. 1, performing a medley of his popular songs.
Despite hopes from fans for a surprise appearance at the Super Bowl alongside his friend and mentor Usher on Feb. 11, Usher explained Justin's decision not to participate, suggesting a desire to pursue a different narrative at the moment.
Usher reassured fans that there were no hard feelings, expressing a shared understanding of Justin's perspective and hinting at future collaborations.
