Trial set for Mohamed Al-Fayed’s daughter on robbery charge
A trial date has been scheduled for Camilla Fayed, Mohamed Al-Fayed’s daughter, who is facing charges of robbing her brother of his phone.
The incident allegedly occurred on May 18, 2020, at the family’s Grade I listed estate, Barrow Green Court, near Oxted, Surrey. Camilla Fayed, 39, is accused of stealing her brother Omar Fayed’s £1,900 iPhone at the gym located on the estate. Additionally, her husband Mohamed Esreb, 43, Matthew Littlewood, 34, and Andrew Bott, 52, are also charged with a single count of robbery related to the same incident.
At a hearing in Guildford Crown Court, Judge Patricia Lees set the trial date for February next year, with expectations that the trial will span three weeks.
Fayed, Esreb, and Bott, residing in Park Lane (central London), Coppice Wood (County Durham), and Haydock Road (Colburn, North Yorkshire), respectively, are scheduled for a plea hearing in May at the same court. Littlewood’s arraignment will take place at a later time.
