Two parents from Madison, Wisconsin, are in custody after authorities uncovered disturbing evidence of sexual assault involving their two-month-old baby. Court documents reveal that the couple allegedly planned the abuse before the child was even born.
Skyler Klassen, 22, and Madison Bishop, 21, were arrested following an investigation by Madison police, which uncovered child pornography on Klassen’s phone. Klassen admitted to sexually assaulting the infant while recording the abuse. He was apprehended in Nevada and extradited to Wisconsin on April 9, while Bishop was taken into custody on April 15.

Klassen faces multiple felony charges, including first-degree child sexual assault, incest, four counts of child exploitation, and four counts of possession of child pornography. Bishop has been charged with one count of failure to act to prevent sexual assault of a child and one count of conspiracy to commit first-degree child sexual assault.
According to the criminal complaint, the couple had extensive discussions about assaulting their child before the baby’s birth, exchanging explicit images and videos of child exploitation. Prosecutors also allege that they discussed selling their infant.

Both suspects remain in custody at the Dane County Jail. Bishop’s preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 30, while Klassen waived his right to a preliminary hearing. The case has sparked outrage and renewed calls for stricter protections against child exploitation.
