Zack Orji is alive — AGN president shuts down death rumours

The president of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, Emeka Rollas, has dismissed claims of Nollywood veteran Zack Orji's passing.

"The Actors Guild of Nigeria has refuted rumors circulating on social media about the demise of Nollywood actor, Zack Orji," stated Rollas.

Reports surfaced on social media on Tuesday suggesting that the ailing thespian had passed away.

However, Emeka Rollas, the National President of AGN, urged the public to ignore the rumors, affirming that the actor is alive.

Rollas addressed the issue on his Instagram account, emphasizing that Orji is alive and advising the public to disregard the misinformation.

He wrote, "Mr. Zack Orji is alive. Please ignore mischief-makers who enjoy circulating fake news. This is to show how wicked some people can be. It is unacceptable. He will not die but live to declare the good works of God in Jesus’ name."

Orji had been admitted to the Intensive Care Unit of the National Hospital in Abuja on New Year’s Eve.
