In a dramatic cross-examination in Sean “Diddy” Combs’ sex trafficking and racketeering trial, the rapper’s ex-girlfriend—identified only as “Jane”—testified Tuesday about intimate and unsettling details of their three-year relationship, shedding light on his alleged sexual preferences and controlling behavior.
Jane, speaking under a pseudonym, told a New York City jury that Diddy may be bi-curious, describing their past sexual experiences and referring to him as a “cuck.” She explained that he took pleasure in watching her have sex with other men, behavior she researched online after becoming confused about his preferences. According to her testimony, she discovered that such behavior was often associated with men who have suppressed bi-curious tendencies.
Diddy, 55, has pleaded not guilty to all charges. If convicted, he faces the possibility of life in prison.
Jane testified that she began researching Diddy’s sexual lifestyle in 2022 after struggling to understand his recurring request to watch her with other men. She stated that Diddy described his behavior as "voyeurism," but she told the court, “I would use the word cuck for him.”

Despite the allegations, Jane admitted she still loves the music mogul and had reconnected with him in February 2024 after he texted her about a dream he had. She claimed Diddy continued to support her financially, paying her rent and gifting her over $150,000 during their relationship. However, she emphasized that the relationship also left her deeply traumatized.
Recounting a visit to his Miami mansion for her birthday, Jane said she was welcomed with a lavish dinner but ended up using ecstasy. The next morning, Diddy reportedly asked if she wanted to see one of his male escorts. “At this point, I’m so used to this being the outcome of whatever we’re doing, I just accept it,” she told the court.
Jane also testified about smuggling pills in her luggage on Diddy’s request during trips from Los Angeles to Miami. Though she initially expressed discomfort, Diddy's chief of staff, Kristina “K.K.” Khorram, reportedly assured her, “It’s fine, I do it all the time.”
Court records revealed that Diddy had been paying for Jane’s legal representation as she navigated the fallout of their relationship, especially after his arrest. Jane said she began therapy about three months ago and cut off communications with Diddy’s legal team in April.
The trial has attracted significant public and media attention, with Diddy's sons Justin and Christian attending court on Tuesday, along with their grandmother, Janice, 85. His daughters were present during the first week but have since returned to Los Angeles.
Jane described her shock upon reading the 2023 lawsuit filed by Cassie Ventura against Diddy. “I almost fainted. In fact, I think I did,” she said, describing how several pages of Cassie’s lawsuit mirrored her own experience. “I felt like I was reading my own story. I couldn’t sleep for days.”
During an intense exchange, when Diddy’s attorney Mark Geragos questioned her about receiving designer gifts, Jane stated, “No, I only got trauma,” in response to whether she had received a Chanel bag. When pressed on the cost of a Bottega Veneta bag, Jane shot back, “How much does my body cost?” before the judge intervened. She later answered, “$1,500 to $5,000,” before requesting a break from the stand.
The trial is ongoing, with testimony continuing to provide insight into the high-profile allegations of sex trafficking, manipulation, and abuse surrounding the music mogul.
