Fashion Influencer Marian Izaguirre Dead at 23 After Posting Cryptic Clown Makeup Video

Fashion influencer Marian Izaguirre, 23, who built a massive following online with millions of fans, has died just days after sharing a haunting video of herself crying in clown makeup.
Izaguirre was confirmed dead on September 12 after authorities found her in a hotel in Morelia, Mexico. She had been reported missing by her family on September 1, and police located her five days later. Officials said she was discovered in poor health inside a hotel room where she had been staying for several days. She was treated by paramedics and transported to a hospital, but later became brain-dead from medical complications. The exact cause of her death remains under investigation.

Four days before her disappearance, Izaguirre posted a chilling video on social media showing herself in clown makeup, apparently crying, while lip-syncing a song about lost love. The video’s caption read: “All the promises of my love will go with you. Why are you leaving?”
With more than 4.5 million followers on TikTok and 327,000 on Instagram, Izaguirre was a rising star in the fashion influencer community. News of her death has led to an outpouring of tributes from fellow creators and fans.
“In the short time I knew you, you were a wonderful girl, with a smile that never went away,” content creator Marcelo Alcázar wrote. “You’re an angel, and you always were.”
