Aidan Maese-Czeropski, a former Senate aide at the center of a viral sex scandal, has broken his silence after footage of him engaging in sexual activity in a U.S. Capitol hearing room surfaced online. Despite the public fallout, Maese-Czeropski, 25, insists he has "no regrets" over the act, which he described as a response to being “bored” with his prestigious government job.

Maese-Czeropski, now nicknamed the “Senate Twink,” fled the United States for Australia after a sex tape he filmed in Hart Room 216—an iconic Capitol hearing room—was leaked from a WhatsApp group chat. The video, which resulted in his termination from Sen. Ben Cardin’s (D-MD) office, sent shockwaves through Washington and beyond.

“I would come in nine hours a day, sit there bored out of my f—king mind. So yeah, I’m going to entertain myself and f–k in a room,” Maese-Czeropski said in a recent interview from a beach in Australia. He openly admitted to reserving the historic Hart 216 room—known for events like FBI Director James Comey’s testimony and Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s swearing-in—for the explicit act.

According to Maese-Czeropski, he filmed the encounter at a desk previously used by Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN), then proceeded to give his partner a tour of the Senate before returning to his own desk by midday.

The scandal erupted after he shared the video in a private chat, only to discover days later that it had leaked publicly. He described entering a “catatonic” state when he saw his nude image circulating online. Attempting to escape the backlash, he binge-watched television and eventually sought psychiatric help due to mounting threats and public humiliation.

Following the scandal, Maese-Czeropski embarked on a globe-trotting escape that took him through Southern Africa, Portugal, and the Canary Islands, before settling in Australia.

Despite the global attention and emotional toll, he admits to learning little from the experience. “In some sense, I f—ked in the Senate because I was miserable and wanted a way out,” he said. He also claimed that such behavior was not unique, alleging, “I know so many people who’ve f—ked in the Senate.”

Rather than retreating from the spotlight, Maese-Czeropski has embraced it. He launched an OnlyFans account under the name “Senate Twink Official,” declaring his intent to profit from the notoriety. “I’m going to make bank off this name,” he said.

Although he was fired from his position, the U.S. Capitol Police confirmed that no charges would be filed. After a thorough investigation, authorities concluded that while the behavior likely violated congressional policy, there was no evidence of criminal wrongdoing.
