WWE legend Hulk Hogan left behind nearly $5 million following his death in July, and new court filings confirm that his son, Nick Hogan, will inherit the entirety of the estate.
Nick, 35, has been named co-personal representative of the estate and submitted documents in Pinellas County, Florida, on September 9, requesting that Terry McCoy act as curator. The filings also confirmed that Hulk’s daughter, Brooke Hogan, was excluded from the will at her own request, a decision she had discussed publicly before her father’s passing.

Hulk Hogan, born Terrence Gene Bollea, died on July 24 from acute myocardial infarction, commonly known as a heart attack. Medical records revealed the wrestling icon had a history of leukemia, previously undisclosed, as well as atrial fibrillation, an irregular heartbeat disorder.
Court records show that Hogan executed versions of his will in 2016, 2017, 2021, 2022, and most recently in July 2023. At the time of his death, his wife Sky Daily was listed as his surviving spouse.
Brooke Hogan explained in August that she requested to be removed from her father’s will years ago, fearing conflicts that might arise after his death. “I just said, take me off everything, I don’t want to be a part of it,” Brooke recalled, noting the emotional toll of her strained relationship with her father.

Her husband, Steven Oleksy, emphasized that Brooke’s estrangement was not related to Hulk’s marriage to Sky Daily. Instead, it stemmed from long-standing issues with the way she was treated and her efforts to stand by her father during multiple controversies, including his use of racial slurs in a leaked recording. Despite her love for him, Brooke struggled with the personal cost of those scandals.
When Brooke married Oleksy in June 2022, Hogan chose not to attend, telling his son-in-law that he “doesn’t do weddings or funerals anymore.”
