A Miami-based influencer has filed a revenge porn lawsuit against Colombian pop star Beéle, accusing him of leaking a sex tape that went viral online.
Isabella Ladera, 26, filed the suit in Miami-Dade County on Monday, alleging that the 23-year-old singer, whose real name is Brandon de Jesús López Orozco, was responsible for the September 7 leak of an explicit video recorded during their relationship.

Ladera, who has 6.5 million followers on Instagram and another 5.6 million on TikTok, said the footage was only in the possession of herself and Beéle. She claims she deleted her copies and repeatedly asked him to erase his, but he refused.
“The video went viral, and for Ladera the earth stood still,” her lawsuit states. On Instagram, she called the leak “one of the cruellest betrayals I have ever experienced,” adding: “That video was only in the hands of two people: the other person and me.”

Beéle has denied any involvement. His lawyers issued a statement saying: “His artistic career and international prestige preclude any need or interest in such events. We categorically reject the circulation on social media and digital platforms of an intimate video that violates the privacy and dignity of the individuals involved.” The statement was later deleted.
Fans, however, noted that Ladera’s following far surpasses Beéle’s 3.9 million Instagram followers, raising questions about the defense’s argument.

According to the lawsuit, the pair began dating in 2023 and often filmed sex tapes “at Beéle’s request.” Ladera claims she asked him to delete the videos in May 2024, after she had erased hers, but he refused, questioning her trust.
Their relationship deteriorated soon after, with Beéle’s ex-wife later posting screenshots of his alleged texts to Ladera. By March 2025, the couple had split.
In May, Ladera was warned that screenshots of their sex tape were circulating, before the full video spread across social media. “The refusal to erase the videos, coupled with the apparent easily accessible nature of his phone, establishes that Beéle is the source of the leaks,” the lawsuit alleges.

Ladera, who is also a mother, is seeking damages for invasion of privacy and sexual cyber-harassment. In a lengthy Instagram post, she accused Beéle of attempting to humiliate her.
“This act not only violates my privacy, it also attacks my dignity and has caused immense pain — to me, but also to my family,” she wrote. “I am not the shame of this story. The shame belongs to the one who betrayed me. I am still here, standing, with my head held high. For me. For my family. And for all the women who have been victims of a narcissist.”
Beéle has not commented publicly since the lawsuit was filed.
