Sean “Diddy” Combs’s former personal assistant, identified under the pseudonym “Mia,” is set to return to the witness stand as week three of testimony concludes in the music mogul’s ongoing sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy trial. Mia, who worked closely with Combs for eight years, is the second woman to testify about alleged sexual abuse by the music executive.
Testifying in Manhattan federal court, Mia described harrowing instances of sexual assault, intimidation, and physical violence she claims to have endured while employed by Combs. Her direct examination is scheduled to continue Friday at 9 a.m.

In her emotional testimony, Mia recounted being forced to perform sex acts on Combs and described one incident in either 2009 or 2010 in which he allegedly entered a spare bedroom in his Los Angeles home, climbed on top of her, and penetrated her. She testified that she never consented and was too terrified to resist, fearing for her job and personal safety.
“I couldn’t tell him no, like, about a sandwich,” she told the jury. “There’s no way I could tell him no.” Mia added that Combs had the power to destroy her future and twist any narrative to make her appear dangerous.

According to her testimony, Combs sexually assaulted her on multiple occasions, including after his 40th birthday celebration when he allegedly kissed her and placed his hands up her dress. “I was shocked and I froze,” she said. “I couldn’t even process what was happening.”
She also described a disturbing incident when she bled through her clothes because Combs refused to let her use the bathroom to change her tampon, instructing her instead to pick up food for a group. After returning, he allegedly threw a bowl of spaghetti at her. She said Combs routinely humiliated her, cursed at her, and threw objects—including turkey meat and a computer—during violent outbursts.

Mia testified she was often left feeling “terrified, humiliated, and confused,” believing something was wrong with her for provoking his rage. On one occasion, she fled Combs’s house barefoot and hid in a bush before escaping to a hotel. Despite seeking help from Human Resources, she said she was told she would be suspended without pay following the incident.
Combs, 54, is facing multiple federal charges, including sex trafficking, transportation to engage in prostitution, and racketeering conspiracy. He was arrested in September 2024 after a federal investigation spanning incidents from 2004 to 2024. Prosecutors allege he used coercion, threats, and violence to force victims into non-consensual sex acts.
Mia also testified that Combs alternated between treating her like a close friend and degrading her as a “worthless piece of crap,” subjecting her to emotional and psychological abuse throughout her employment.
Earlier in the week, Deonte Nash, Combs’s former stylist, also took the stand. During his testimony, he mentioned without prompting that Combs allegedly played matchmaker between singer Cassie Ventura and actor Michael B. Jordan while Ventura was filming in South Africa in 2015. Nash was cross-examined about events related to Ventura, another figure tied to past allegations against Combs.
Combs has publicly denied all accusations and maintains his innocence. The trial is expected to continue with additional witness testimonies in the coming weeks.
