Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing a barrage of shocking allegations as his federal trial for sex trafficking and racketeering continues at a New York City courtroom. On the seventh day of proceedings, graphic details emerged about secretive and allegedly coercive sex parties involving the music mogul, as well as claims that he used disguises to conceal his identity during the encounters.

Diddy, 55, appeared visibly cold in the courtroom on Tuesday, seemingly unaffected by the heated accusations being levied against him. He is currently being held without bail at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. If convicted, he could face life in prison.

The most sensational testimony came from Sharay Hayes, a male escort who works under the name "The Punisher." Hayes testified about participating in so-called “freak off” sex parties with Combs and his ex-girlfriend, singer Cassie Ventura, at upscale hotels across New York City, including the Trump International Hotel on Central Park West and the nearby Essex House.

In a particularly startling revelation, Hayes claimed that during their first encounter in 2012, Combs wore an Islamic burqa to disguise himself—covering his entire face except for his eyes. “He had what the Muslim women wear, where their face is completely covered and you could only see his eyes,” Hayes testified, recalling the secretive nature of the meeting. As Combs became more comfortable, he later opted for a baseball cap instead of a full veil.

Hayes stated he had between eight and twelve encounters with Combs and Ventura over time. He added that these encounters occurred in high-end hotel rooms secured under pseudonyms.

Also testifying was David James, Combs’ former personal assistant, who worked for him between 2007 and 2009. James described the often bizarre and stressful demands of his job, which included preparing hotel rooms booked under the alias "Frank Black" with Combs’ preferred items: fresh underwear, vodka, applesauce, condoms, baby oil, an iPod, Viagra, and occasionally adult toys.

James recounted an unsettling experience in 2008 when Combs asked him to bring an iPod from Miami to a New York hotel room. Upon arrival, he found Cassie lying in bed covered by a white comforter and an unknown naked man fleeing the room.

He also testified that during his employment, Combs forced him to take two polygraph tests—one after money went missing and another after the disappearance of a Cartier watch. Though James passed both tests, he admitted to having taken items like bottles of Cîroc vodka and pairs of Sean John jeans. According to James, Combs used polygraphs as a control tool, threatening job security if staff refused the intimidating tests.

Another striking detail emerged involving Capricorn Clarke, then Director of Marketing at Sean John, who was also subjected to a lie detector test following the alleged theft of Combs’ jewelry. Although Clarke was cleared, James alleged Combs replaced some of the stolen diamonds with counterfeit stones.

Combs’ legal team continues to deny all sex trafficking and racketeering charges. However, his lawyers have acknowledged past acts of domestic violence, though he does not currently face charges for abuse. Diddy maintains his innocence.

The trial resumes later this month. With multiple witnesses detailing secretive encounters, forced lie detectors, and questionable disguises, the case against Combs is shaping up to be one of the most explosive celebrity legal battles in recent memory.
